Someone said "The oil spill trust fund is NOT a lottery"

I replied, "You don't make sense. Do you not believe that disabled people might have legitimate claims?"

I continued, "Are you confusing the oil spill trust fund with the "hold back" fund? The "hold back" fund was ordered by the judge, and confirmed by the appeals court, to fund the plaintiff steering committee attorneys...so that they could better represent all claimants. And the Americans With Disabilities Act is a law enacted by Congress that requires that special needs of the disabled be met, even special needs in lawsuits. So, my post is meant to help insure that part of the "hold back" fund be used to help disabled economic claimants in this case, especially since the case is at the class-action stage. we don't want them to make the "hold back" fund disappear"

As the torturer is seen leaving the building to take his break, the alien that he has just talked to contacts the Command Post. The torturer reporting to room 634 in one hour have the requirement for elimination."

How Should You Disclose Your Million-Dollar Idea

Some people say that it's important to discuss innovative startup business concepts, to gather helpful feedback. But do people really feel comfortable about talking about their "million dollar idea" given the possibility that it could be "stolen"? Is it ok to discuss such an idea in person with an intimate, small, group of people, as opposed to a large group, or on social websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter?

I say be prepared to discuss your idea only after you are ready to go to market. That mean that a business plan about the venture is ready to be typed up. It also mean that a website have been constructed. And that you are ready to hit the ground running. This you will have a strategic head start against anyone who first heard about the idea from you. If by chance that million-to-one probability of someone taking your idea and running with it occurs, take heart knowing that your idea appears to be worthy to at least one person.

But really where would the world be today if no one "lifted" the ideas of others. Government have decided to protect people"s innovation by providing the opportunity to obtain patents, copyrights, and trademarks. The only way to protect ideas is to not diverge them, to disclose them under contract, such as by non-disclosure statements, or to disclose them only when you have a strategic advantage of doing so.

Fraud from The Presidio in San Francisco to the BP Oil Spill

Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! The presence of fraud will not only allow San Francisco Bay Area filmmakers, actors, extras, crew people, film related businesses, etc., who are/were financially-dependent upon film production activity in the San Francisco Bay Area, to organize to bring a class-action lawsuit against some of the wealthiest billionaires and multi-millionaires in the real estate development, government lobbying, and entertainment industries, etc. The presence of fraud also causes the time limitation/statue of limitation to stop running. This mean that the wrongdoing could have occurred over two hundred years ago, without concern for any time limitation for filing the lawsuit.

Established Hollywood and Entertainment Industry Professionals and their corrupt lobbyists are extremely skillful in keeping industry opportunities located in Southern California, so that they can continue to derive maximum benefits provided by the industry. For example, the unproven myth that they promote: advising aspiring professionals to refrain from paying money upfront to anyone who propose to help them succeed--virtually making aspiring professionals totally dependent upon established professionals.

The same presence of fraud, as well as my medical condition, will make it possible for me to take legal action against the same illegal conduct, without regards to statue of limitations. The targeted wrongdoers engaged in misappropriation of trade secrets, causing financial and professional harm to myself and the classmembers. The illegal activity is centered around the Presidio Trust, the administrators of Presidio National Park, which is located in San Francisco, California.

The Presidio Trust was created by Congress to be "financially self-supporting" and a "public-private partnership." It is my belief that federal agencies created specifically by Congress to be financially self-supporting, and to operate through public-private partnerships, such as the Presidio Trust, should be subjected to civil proceedings (statues of limitations, burden of proof, etc.) more similar to private parties and less similar to the more favorable civil proceedings allowed for pure government agencies.

My misappropriated trade secrets was used by many businesses located in the Gulf Coast region of the country. Many of these businesses have claims against BP and the other defendants in the BP Oil Spill litigation. The same facts that I must prove, to successfully obtain a monetary judgment in the litigation, are the same underlining facts that the San Francisco Bay Area classmembers must prove in order for them to win their potential lawsuit.

Many businesses and individuals who qualify for compensation for the BP Oil Spill, are some of the same businesses and individuals that qualified for financial assistance because of Katrina and other hurricane disasters. There were just over 22,000 business establishments in areas of Louisiana and Mississippi that FEMA designated as flooded or damaged areas or both, U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. Accordingly, all businesses and individuals that qualify for compensation or financial assistance because of the BP Oil Spill or because of Katrina, or other disasters in the Gulf Coast, should band together for their mutual benefit. The potential classmembers in the San Francisco Bay Area should also be included in this grouping because of the common interest they share with the BP Oil Spill claimants. Action is required as soon as possible because BP settlement negotiations are in process.

BP Oil Spill: Don't Forget Legal Rights of the Disabled

Everyone should encourage the Occupy Wall Street movement to get involve to help disabled claimants in the BP oil spill litigation. Because, as of now, only the interests of well-financed claimants are being represented by the attorneys that are tasked with representing all claimants:

No documentary evidence exists, nor can be produced, to show that anyone else had an idea exactly like, nor very similar to, my proprietary strategy-trade secrets, prior to my submission of two contract proposals/Responses to the Requests for Qualifations to the Presidio Trust.

The politician, United States Senator Dianne Feinstein, and the investor, Richard Blum, have been married to each other for more than thirty years. So, they cannot be compelled to testify against each other. They have hade plenty of time to "feel each other out" in regards to unlawfully conspiring to use her official position to benefit his business and financial interests. These facts alone should be enough to cause a lot of people to want to have them undergo a thorough investigation.

From 2000-2006, Richard Blum's company, Perini, received $200 million in contracts primarily from the Army, the agency with the largest contracts with the Presidio Trust, the administrator of Presidio National Park, which is located in San Francisco, California. Blum's company, URS, obtained $1.8 billion in contracts primarily from the Air Force, Army, and Navy, during the same 2000-20006 period.

Left-wing as well as right-wing critics, and organizations that monitor questionable activity by government officials and agencies, have taken stands against defense contracts influenced by Feinstein's official oversight, that went to Blum's companies.

Feinstein chosed to join Senate Subcommittee that oversee appropriations for National Parks and the Presidio Trust in a suspicious timeframe. Blum and Feinstein brought a $40 million mansion located extremely close to nPresidio National Park during nthis same timeframe.

Richard Blum's fnancial interests in Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis and PRG-Schultz collided and collides, respectively, with Feinstein's official duty to audit/oversee Medicare programs, and Presidio Trust development contracts.

U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein seems to have helped her husband's, Richard Blum, investments and financial interests, by using her position as Chairwomen and Ranking member of the Senate Military Constrution Subcommittee, Appropriations in ways that have raised concerns in republican AND democratic circles, as well as in the press and the public interest community. This conduct by Feinstein and Blum could help explain the "how" and the "why" pertaining to the misappropriation of my trade secrets. Given the fact that it seems like Senator Feinstein chose to join the senate subcommittee that oversee appropriations for national parks and the Presidio Trust to help her husband to secure the multi-million or multi-billion dollar contracts the he consequently obtained.

BP America, the official Facebook site for BP, posted the following on Tuesday, September 20, 2011, at 8pm pacific time:

"As part of BP's commitment to helping restore the Gulf Coast, we are actively supporting the tourism and seafood industries in each of the gulf states and want to see them thrive. Though we know there is much work yet to be done, things are looking up, and we will work to support them when and wherever we can."

The preceding quote may be useful to help show that others, besides BP, were involved in the misappropriation of trade secrets.

Attorneys of all parties involved in the BP oil spill litigation could be conspiring among themselves to not offer the best settlement deal available because they have a financial contract-of-interest to not to. This conduct harms their clients (BP, TransOcean, Halliburden, etc.), harms the shareholders of these of these companies, harms the economic victims of the oil spill, and harms the cities and ......states of the Gulf Coast. These attorneys could also have an interest in covering up theft of trade secrets committed by themselves, by other attorneys at the law firms where they work, and/or committed by other attorneys. We must insure that these issues are dealt with by the upcoming audits of the GCCF and the settlement activities in Federal court.
