Conservatives, Republicans, Conservative Republicans... a lot of people are upset about them. But this is politics in action. They are having their day, people see that their policies are misguided, and the people are reacting to them -- and how! They'll be back in the minority after the next election, and their most damaging laws will be rolled back.

Your Washington Post link hits home I have had my daughter suspended from Babylon High School for months at a time for fighting in West Babylon High School in spite of the fact that at the time of the suspension she had the highest grade point in the school. I agree something must be done about these Nazi wannabe’s that are running our school system. How does a Pol Pot Style purge sound to you?
