Amazing Cuban Bean Soup
Ingredient list
- 1 lb.of dry black beans, soak 3 hours or overnight
- 3t. garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2TBLS. olive oil
