Just in time for the US mid-term elections, I found this most interesting bit of news ! Who could have predicted that my liberal views were not only influenced by all the books I read or the social contacts I made or my life circumstances? New research shows that I might owe my political outlook to my forefathers with the presence of a dopamine receptor gene called DRD4. Interestingly the research was done in none other than the University of California, San Diego, and Harvard University.  The study’s authors say this is the first research to identify a specific gene that predisposes people to certain political views. NOW GO AND VOTE........!
