Kissing Tree

Behind the kissing tree we'll meet

when evening skys turn dim

confir my love confession sweet

beneath the branch and limb

trees of light

The earth provides the mineral

the sky no limit knows

for vertical the movement is

as trees have learned to grow

The Thorny Wood

With each specific duty does

a species learn survival

adapting to environ new

one chance upon arrival

bustin' at the seams.

The best time of the year my love

come cool or weather warm

is underneath with tree above

entrapped in your sweet charms

cool blue

A stand out in a season new

that bridge I wish to cross

Locus bridge

And enter in deep woods of blue

tis' mirthful right passage

trees last night

For bowing down this right to serve

the ancient tibes have fed

providing much for many years

so many more have bled

she bows to serve

Climb up and try to reach the sky

harvest the milky seed

coconut harvest

and should the bister storm blow by

provide me heat in need

Bister Storm

Inspire one to far outreach

Empires you have built

from reams of paper we do teach

protecting laws of guilt

  Color Inspiration

Aggrandized this ancient pair eyes

connected and entwined

of offspring many family ties

ancestral pure bloodline.

pine pair

There is a favored tree of light

symbolically appears

each holiday adorned with love

surrounded by my dears.

Very cool! I keep trying to pick a favorite, but that's hard. These are really excellent and the verse is just perfect. /R
Dang I love your photography!!
Enjoyed and rated
Timothy, for once again, a magical work, the first one such an artful creation, and I want to thank you for reminding me the christmas tree. Seeing trees in so many ways, is only what one can see by being in a gallery, so I want to thank you for giving us so many views on the beauty of trees. So rated!
Your words rise from a soul so deeply sensitive and reflective to combine with images produced by a vision so perceptive. Your artistry leaves me in awe. Thank you, for this beautiful oasis!

This was so beautiful! I haven't read something so beautiful in quite a while, but I also love trees and this poem speaks of them so well.
This must be my very favorite of yours -- amazing!
The trees, your photography skills, your accompanying words.
Poetry, all of it.

That first Tree!
How hysterical and cool : )
[r] tg within, my mouth is hanging open with awe still as I write this. The photos and the poetry are awesome. I am off to work but will be back.

Delicious visual and literary images! I got the same chills reading this I got when I discovered the romantic poets in college!

You so rock, my friend. I had one haiku that related to one of my trees, but I decided not to add it since the other trees might feel the favoritism. You have done it!!!! Woven the poetry with the tree imagery. The elegance and eloquence of the work of tg within!

I will be back! best, libby xxx
