Yes, I am one of those people who start a blog as part of a New Year's resolution. It seems trite but I don't care. In fact, another one of my resolutions for the New Year is that I'm going to stop caring so much about what others think.

I'm eating a donut. Trevor brought Krispie Kreme to work. I have coffee by my side and am eating this delicious donut. But in the back of my head I can't WAIT for tomorrow because I'm (just took a bite of the donut)... I'm going to be giving up donuts and coffee for the month of January. (Swallow)

I don't know for which reason I'm doing it more. Because I'm excited to start loving myself? Or because I really enjoy suffering.
