- I am an educator, musician and activist. After 26 rewarding and sometimes tumultuous years in education, I decided to share my story. My career in education has been impacted greatly by my willingness to advocate for the importance of treating all students with dignity and respect. My journey in public schools will be chronicled in a book I am working on that will be released in January of 2012. In the meantime, I encourage all educators, parents and students to share their own stories of public school life. Let's keep the conversation going!

The Biggest Bullies on the Playground

A Teacher's Turn to Talk
