- I am a mother, writer, teacher and blackjack dealer in Las Vegas, NV. The casino gives me lots of great ideas. People are so interesting. I also love to cook. I've written several cookbooks and looking for ideas and recipes for another. I'm an eternal optimist and refuse to be Debbie Downer. My favorite quote is from an nanogenerian that played on my game. I asked him what his secret to longevity was and he said, "Keep breathing". So that's what I intend to do as well! I am definitely a people person but love the solitude of my home where I can write in peace and quiet. I am an Ohio native and am very proud of my Buckeye roots.
