Despair
Documents of disrepair
Leaflets, flyers
Prayers of all kinds
Written in volumes
Designed for the loving
To grasp as a life raft
Of lofty dimensions
Are lost in the avalanche
Of snow-falling images
That are painting
My world into whiteness
As I lay down inside them
Erased by the past
Till I waken in present, at last.
