- Contrary to what Jesse Jackson said—I am nobody. Now I don’t mean that in any sort of self-deprecating way. I simply mean that I represent no school of thought, no religion, no creed, no nothing. I am just a youngish American who loves talking about the Big Stuff. I do not claim to know everything. A quick perusing of my blog makes that last comment seem like a bit of an understatement. Okay, enough of the self-loathing. I’m just your garden variety science-loving dreamer visionary. Wow. I don’t think I can get any more pretentious than that. Actually, throw an ‘auteur’ in there.
