As a Black man I refuse to apologize for saying that it is pure "EVIL" for Conservatives to pimp the White parent who jumped on stage in "Blackface" four years ago so they can attack Tom Hanks and Obama NOW.
YET, they've remained SILENT over the racist and toxic filth they recently showcased at their CPAC Convention. AND, they fully supported Ann Coulter's use of an ownership term denoting a property relationship to describe how Conservatives view Conservative African Americans, i.e., as "OUR Blacks."
They've lined up behind the Sanford Police Department handling of the Trayvon Martin murder AND the laws THEY created that enabled that murder - and THEN BLAMED Obama for not involving Justice Dept. soon enough! In other words, they were race-baiting him to do that so they could then accuse him of showing racial favoritism to Blacks.
They've been SILENT while Conservatives like Glenn Beck and others spread DOCTORED PHOTOS and/or lies (a la Breitbart see my article) to maliciously and falsely portray TRAYVON (and African American men) as "THREATENING" & "DANGEROUS" etc.
Now, falsely portraying the contents of a video, they've created/"DOCTORED" (a la Breitbart) a fake issue to Falsely and Maliciously portray in a negative light both Tom Hanks and President Obama while having the temerity to falsely portray themselves as actually caring about the images of BLACK MEN!
YET, they simultaneously spread the negative portrayals of "BLAH PEOPLE" especially of Black men that their leaders like Limbaugh, Beck, GOP candidates, and those in/out of Congress spread daily.
Once again Conservatives burn down a strawman factory they built to mask, distract attention from and self-exonerate their own WHITE SUPREMACY - AND without ANY apology while blaming others!
FIENDISH!"

And that, my friend, is chutzpah at its worst. If these cretins with a collective IQ below a houseplant (no offense to my varigated rhododendrons) refuse to evolve beyond their knuckle-dragging propensities, maybe we should give NASA extra funding for building a fleet of RV-like spacecrafts and grant these racists Newt Gingrich's wish for a colony of their own on the moon. Or better yet, give 'em all a one-way trip to Sedna where the atmosphere matches their consciences, and the temperature matches their hearts — absolute zero.
A Black kid leaves his father's house in a gated community to go pick up a snack at the local 7-11 so he can continue watching March Madness. He's wearing a hoodie, in part from what I heard because it was drizzling, like he needed an excuse. He's on his way back from the store when the local neighborhood watch guy, who is substantially bigger than Mr. Martin and who has a history of violence, is instructed by his dispatcher not to engage this kid, whose suspicious actions apparently consist of walking toward his father's house with a hoodie on carrying a snack and, of course, being Black. He's probably hurrying because he wants to get back to the game or perhaps because of the weather. He is unarmed. The neighborhood watch guy shoots him. The neighborhood watch guy isn't charged, claiming that he thought he was endangered by this smaller unarmed kid.
How many ways in theory could this have gone down that ended with a justifiable shooting? Given what we know, what are the probabilities? Who belonged where? Who had a record of violence? Who disobeyed instructions?
Who the Hell does Glen Beck think he's defending? Law enforcement? Law enforcement wouldn't have done this; they have to look at guys like this as accidents waiting to happen.
This one apparently did. Now we have a grieving father and a public relations nightmare.
Of course Al Sharpton is involved. He hears all the time from jerks like Glen Beck that racism is a thing of the past, and he justifiably thinks it's important to point out to the public that it isn't, particularly when the evidence is so overwhelming.
Like we think the kid would have been shot if he's been White, even with the hoodie up?
Going into a gated community?
Tell me another one.
GAHHHH!!!! As a woman (you know, a member of that part of the population that Rep. Terry England of Georgia recently referred to as reproductive livestock, comparing us to farm animals in the War on Women), I have had far more reasons to fear angry, petulant, tyrannical, self-entitled white men and view them as more threatening and dangerous than any other group of men.
I did volunteer abortion clinic escorting for many years, and every last gun-toting, fetus-worshiping, anti-woman terrorist there was white (and mostly male). Not one of these narcissistic anti-woman vagina nazi terrorists I've encountered in the past 20 years was a black man. Not one!
The majority of serial killers that America has produced are white males. That's right — over 85% in fact, according to the US Bureau of Prison Statistics.
Where I currently live in an impoverished rural region in one of Pennsylvania's Appalachian counties, I feel far less safe than when I was a homeless orphaned teenaged girl on the mean streets of a North Philly ghetto that had a homicide rate higher than the average SAT score of the typical MIT or Cal Tech. student. And I am a "white" woman (well, not really — as an Eastern European Jew, I am only "light enough to pass").
So this begs the question: Who really are the dangerous ones?
I am glad that Ron is calling out these bigots and haters. Misogynists and racists often go together like peas and carrots. These are the very same people who will do anything to maintain unearned white male privilege in this country — and I do mean anything.
Privilege insulates its beneficiaries from the consequences it poses for others. And privilege is most keenly noticed by those of us who don't have it. Personal dignity and basic human rights are not something that only some groups deserve but not others — either we all have equal human rights deserving of respect or none of us do. It's.that.simple. Keep speaking out, Ron!
Lately the bad crazy people in this country seem to be screaming the loudest.
I hope there are millions of people around the nation who are tired enough of this BS to stand up and say so. Loudly.

This is strategy right out of the Lee Atwater/Karl Rove playbook -- turn you enemies strengths into weaknesses. It's the same sort of vile rat-fucking they used to swift-boat John Kerry, who actually volunteered for duty in Vietnam twice, while their candidate Chickenhawk Bush ducked for cover under his daddy's skirt.
The only real issue here is how long will it take the waffling middle, and the pouting left to wake up to the fact that these people have no conscience, and thus will sell them down the river to any and all Masters of Greed at the first opportunity. And they will say or do anything that will give them that opportunity.
It's time to call the Republican Party what it has become -- the Judas Party. Thirty pieces of silver, indeed.
