In a rare unguarded moment, GOP Presidential candidate Michelle Bachmann admitted that the attacks of 9/11, the lack of weapons of mass destruction, Abu Ghraib, and the current economic problems were all the fault of former President George W. Bush.

Okay, she didn't say that exactly but according to the New York Times she did say this about President Obama when asked about the S&P downgrade of the government's bond rating:

“It happened on your watch, Mr. President,” Representative Michele Bachmann said, drawing applause at an afternoon rally in Iowa. “You were AWOL. You were missing in action.” 

It happened on his watch.  Good enough for me.
