My Solstice in the Woods

I keep trying to get Pandora to play only meaningful, majestic, positive Christmas music and they keep sneaking in other tunes.

I want Heaven and Nature to sing... with a voice as big as the sea... while weary souls are rejoicing... as the soul knows its worth.

Here, Nature is singing today, the tall trees are dancing an extreme dance. The wind through the branches is a beautiful song, but I'm so hoping the power doesn't go out for three days again because we can't use our fireplace when the wind blows so hard.  It blows smoke right into the room.
Where I am, the woods are lovely, dark and deep, but I have promises to keep and gifts to wrap before I sleep!  Merry Christmas to all, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Solstice!  And a bright, beautiful new year!

May heaven and nature sing you to sleep on this Christmas Eve, so you'll wake to the magic of the holidays (instead of the wind blowing smoke down your chimney). Happy New Year Nancy.
