This week's prompt is inspired by the NPR Three-Minute Fiction Contest. I keep looking out for the latest round, so I can let you guys know about it, but in the meantime, why not use one of their old prompts:
Write a story where one character comes to town and one character leaves town.
Or, if that doesn't inspire you, write a fiction piece on any topic, in any style you want.
I'll post the Stories List Thursday night or Friday morning, and participants are free to announce their stories throughout the weekend.
REMEMBER, everyone is welcome to participate in the OS Weekend Fiction Club - the only requirement is that your piece be a work of fiction.
If you don't know what "Fiction" means in terms of this blog, please see this post for an explanation.
If you feel inspired, come join in! For information on how, check out the basic info in the profile column, near the top left of the border of our blog.
Happy writing!
