POST MORTEM

                   AT FIRST am something horrified the numbers of persons I treat so obviously in need of more serious intervention, and then I begin to see those have been serviced and which the worst horror hard to say.

                   Over the holliday was assisting a friend with an autopsy  when clumsy pricked a finger with the needle had just come from the young gymnist spinal fluid .   I've a standing order for a comjplete blood panel. Why do I not go    make sure    I am clean   ???

                        My gay lover in Utah says: get tested   stop paying interest on a bill not due.   It makes as much sense as any message from Utah. Anyway it is the same for all the persons involved in the homelessness biz  - they have been pricked, but still refused get tested.

                         They have no idea what they are facing should it get real.
