This poster is seen EVERYWHERE these days. But it was originally created in 1939 at the beginning of WWII to raise British morale in case of an invasion. The creator is not known but 2.5 million posters were printed. In 2000 it was rediscovered and has gone rather viral.
Soon, many incarnations of the original poster began to pop up.
Since I write many music themed blogs I like this one.

No disputing who my favorite band is. I do this almost daily.

And of course, Paul is my favorite.

But right now, after yesterday included a birthday party for my 8 year old grandson and then a college graduation party that included delicious margaritas, first things first.

What's that? Hubby is cooking applewood smoked bacon? Don't mind if I do.

I admit it. I already posted a photo of the bacon.

As I wake slowly a little Hitchcock and North by Northwest are good for what ails me.

Cary Grant. What a hunk!
Sexy.

But sometimes a gal's gotta just take care of herself.

Or call Batman. The George Clooney version, please.

What? George isn't coming?!

Alright, alright. ::breathing slowly:: Putting the kettle on.
Afternoon tea needs a little sweet. Make mine chocolate, please.

Sunday morning and 8:00 and the opinion polls are already starting. Grrr.

I'll just go to my peaceful place in my head.

But it's Sunday morning! I'm drawn to write a little something.

And later I meet with some of my favorite people of the last 16 years: my book group.

Focus, Schmoopie, focus.

Alright, enough already.
Happy Sunday, OS!
And now for a musical version.
