My Sexiest Men Living

Rate: 55 Flag

Disclaimer: This is a mixed bag of guys.  I can't explain why one person turns me on and another that looks almost the same doesn't.  I also have a lot of older guys  in my list (though my husband is 3 yrs younger than me).  It's a mystery though I can say that a sense of humor , an accent or playing James Bond can tip the balance.

Daniel Craig:  The contrast between his body and his lived in face is hard to resist.  He's the only one on the list purely for aesthetic reasons.  I noticed him first in Lara Croft Tomb Raider, thought he was a great pick for James Bond and just recently fell completely in lust with him during Flashbacks of a Fool (good movie with some serious thoughts about death and friendship wrapped in lots of Daniel nudity.)

 Daniel Craig in swimsuit

Pierce Brosnan:  I've had the hots for him since Remington Steele and he just gets better with age.  I was seriously upset that he had to defer to Timothy Dalton the first time he was tapped for James Bond.  He was a great Bond.

Pierce Brosnan Face Shot

Sean Connery:  I don't even know what to say here.  It just seems obvious to me that he is incredibly sexy at any age.  Part of it is the accent - no one has a better one.  Despite the plaudits given to the 2 above, Connery is the definitive James Bond.

  Sean Connery older

Hugh Jackman:  What do I need to say?  He's gorgeous, funny and has a great accent.

Hugh Jackman

Jon Stewart:  Adorable, outrageously funny and scary smart.  I think he's sexy as hell AND I'd want to marry him if I didn't already have a fantastic guy.

 Jon Stewart head on desk

Dwayne Johnson (AKA The Rock):  I can't explain this pick.  He just works for me.  Maybe the (delusional) belief that I would always be safe.  I don't know.  He does have a fantastic body and an interesting face.

The Rock

Steve Martin:  Really funny, courageous, scary smart and yet down to earth.  Another one who is sexy to me because he's marriage material. Or seems to be.

Steve Martin

Brendan Fraser:  This guy has it all.  Great body, good looking, funny/goofy and smart.  School Ties is the first time I saw him.  Fantastic performance and he was such a cutie.  He is too die for in the Mummy series.

Brendan Frasier

I was going to try for 10 but this is as far as I could get.  No one else rises to the same level as the guys above.  I couldn't rank them because each one is uniquely sexy to me.

Bump!

I've obviously thought about this way, way, way too much.
OK, I've go with Jon Stewart, but I still think my man is sexier. Paws up.
Give 'em all beards and/or long hair, and I'll steal 'em from ya. :)
I love long hair on a guy. I didn't realize that none of them had that. I guess it's not all about the hair for me. :-)

Which brings to mind Orlando Bloom in Lord of the Rings. That is the sexiest I've ever seen him. Not that he's not good-looking all of the time. hehe He didn't make the list because he's too young.

And, I just started reading everyone else picks and realized I forgot 2 guys but I'll let the post stand as is.

Dog Woman: Your man is truly sexy!
Daniel Craig to me has been the only James Bond who is believable both as a stone cold killer and catnip to women. Yum.
I agree, Liz. Though I think Connery is a close second.
Wow, it's a toss-up for me between Steve Martin and Jon Stewart. Funny guys get me every time!
Except for Connery, ALL of your "grab"bag of men ... ? Well, I wouldn't kick them out of bed for eating crackers.

With this kind of nighttime fodder, I will sleep well, and deeply tonight. Thanks!
Is the a Girl Power version of my FAIL2FOOS? I want royalties?
Is my lawyer out of rehab, yet?

Just kidding.

You go girll! No, really just go. lol

Hunk Envy Rated
Lisa: Funny guys are very sexy! :-)

NewBlog: Yeah, a lot of his stuff is crap (the only reason I watch it is for him - my husband couldn't believe I made him sit through To The Center of the Earth) but School Ties was brilliant - that keeps him on the list.

AnniThyme: Your welcome! With Connery it's the accent. His politics piss me off but that accent makes me hot. lol

Trudge164: FAIL2FOOS? Thanks!
Blake: Funny guys are very sexy - no matter the age..or nose. :-)
Now this just proves that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You and I would never vie for the same guys. Wanna be my friend?
hyblaean-julie: More for me then. I need a friend like you. :-)
No fair...I want to do this one too!

We don't have too much crossover other than Jon Stewart (who I adore more than I find attractive) and Brendan Frasier (though he's getting a case of Famous Person Bloat the last few years.) But Steve Martin? Hmmm...
Beth: You can always do one! I'd like to see it.

Steve Martin is underappreciated I think. He is just as witty and wry as Jon Stewart but it doesn't get showcased daily. :-)
Daniel Craig! Go back and see all his really good movies. The Mother, where he seduces a woman in her seventies, and sleeps with her. And Infamous where he seduces Truman Capote. Also very cute as Ted Hughes, although Sylvia kind of sucked. And Enduring Love, which was kind of disappointing. Also a very cute Israeli in Munich.
ok so ill agree with hugh jackman
but what about ryan reynolds.. his geogous
and richard gere

oh i could keep going but then im gonna start in on singers an ill be the only one to know who im talking about
Juliet: I really liked Flashbacks of a Fool. I'm putting some of his other movies in my queue. I had not heard of Infamous. It's been added to the list. Have you seen the Comic Relief video with Daniel Craig & Catherine Tate (Donna from Dr. Who)? It's priceless.
Barbra Ann: After I finished this, I realized I had missed some people. Ryan Reynolds is one of them. Richard Gere doesn't make my list. He's sexy and good-looking but he just doesn't have the extra something I look for.

Singers? Oh yeah - I have some there too. I limited myself to movie/TV guys just to keep it reasonable though.
my girlfrind loves connery, thinks craig aint no big deal...
certainly has a soft spot for brosnan & jackman, i suspect.

(she doesn't engage in this sort of thing, rating men. thus: no rating women for me, not that i would...)

oh! speaking of rating, rated, jim
It's the accent - strikes some kind of chord inside.

Well, I technically didn't rate them, just grouped them as sexiest. :-)

Thanks, Jim!
I would love to have threesome with Hugh Jackman & Daniel Graig.
I have to be in the middle LOL
Great picks. Particulary Sean Connery--absolutely the best Bond.
What? No Tom Brady?
Z Bitch: I don't know if I could handle a threesome with both Hugh and Daniel. I don't think I'd be able to breathe. I admire the thought though!

O'Stephanie: Agreed! Everyone should listen to us. :-)

OESheepdog: Tom Brady? He's hot but didn't make the list.
"Blake: Funny guys are very sexy - no matter the age..or nose. :-)"

I take it you've been skipping his recent flicks. Recent as in the 15 or so years! ;p
Yeah, the Pink Panther movies aren't very good. I just saw The Out-of-Towners on TV (with Goldie Hawn as his wife and John Cleese as a hotel manager) which came out in 1999. I thought it was great - but I'm easy to please. :-)

Honestly, despite the un-evenness of his work, he'll always be funny to me. When he gets it right, it's really good.
Steve Martin is a funny guy. He's just nowhere near as funny as he thinks he is, which kind of spoils things for me. And the gall of the man trying to resurrect Clouseau...

Brendan Fraser has done some good work, besides the Mummy etc junk (that is probably making him filthy stinking rich). He was really good in Gods and Monsters.

Meanwhile back at my house, Mrs Bee would put Clint Eastwood and Ralph Fiennes in that list.
I'm glad you didn't add my Gabriel Byrne. Because he is MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE.

I do notice you stole my Steve Martin though. Dammit.
Yum. I'm going back to bed.
Brendan Frasier? This pick is so bad that it calls into question the validity of all your other picks. I'm now questioning whether The Jerk is still funny, or If Jon Stewart is relevant at all. And Daniel Craig is starting to look just plain ugly. Damn Brendan Frasier!
Great taste kaysong. I got to meet Brendan Frasier years ago. We were with our kids in London and walking down the street. I spied him standing outside a pub with a glass of cold stout in his hands. I was obnoxious and went up to him and introduced myself. He was extremely friendly and more than happy to meet my children who knew him only as Tarzan.
GeeBee: I agree, Steve Martin should have stayed away from the Pink Panther series. Ralph Fiennes just missed the list. Now, that I think about it, what about Clive Owen?

Persephone13: I'll let you have Gabriel Byrne. :-) He is hot, I agree.

Cartouche: Thanks!

Seamus: You should see him in School Ties. He is perfect.

Mary: OMG!!! I am soooo jealous. Also impressed that you could talk when you met him. I'm afraid I would be tongue-tied.
Sorry but you left out the only true sexiest man alive in the whole world: Sam Elliot.
Some great pictures here, and great thoughts on great men.
Lisa: Sam Elliot is sexy.

Helen: Thank you! I tried to do more than just throw up some photos.
song...nice to see girlys slurping up guys, for a change. love steve, always have...what about robert downing jr.? aside from the drugs and stinky attitude, he's got those bedroom eyes...and ian mc ewan? (sp?) what a singer, funny too...loving, sweeet...so maybe a different kind of sexy...and for real, sex is as sex does...my ex doesn't really look sexy yet our sex was fucking unreal...rated
Interesting list, if for no other reason than it's so heavily skewed toward Bonds. You might consider a redo and call it Do Bonds Really Have More Fun? You could add a little filler with the imminently likable Roger Moore, who never seemed to take himself or his Bond role seriously.

By the way, I bet I can add another hunk to your list with the heartthrob featured in my next post. Stay tuned.
Oh, and by the way, you've just convinced me not to cut my hair. My last haircut was fifteen years ago.
Gypsy: Steve is hard to quantify..he just has IT. Robert Downey Jr has great bedroom eyes. I thought he was hot in Iron Man (he has a dry wit in that movie that I found appealing). Ian McEwan is very sexy!

Tom: Yeah, after I did the list I noticed I was heavily skewed to Bonds. What can I say? The Bond people know how to pic em. Other than Roger Moore - I just don't find him sexy at all, personally. His Bond movie are pretty good in a lighthearted way though. I can't wait to read your post. I'll be on the lookout for it.
Tom: Verbal and I agree, long hair is very sexy on a guy. :-)
Nothing is sexier than the Revolution. You have seen me now and heard my voice. You will lust for me in your dreams.
Definitely Hugh Jackman- and Hugh Laurie too (must be the name). I had a huge thing for Heath Ledger, especially in "10 Things I Hate About You" (my favorite guilty pleasure). Val Kilmer in Willlow was hot hot HOT! But my all time favorite has to be Cary Elwes in Princess Bride.... and I don't usually go for blonds. I'm with Verbal... put long hair on just about any guy and he'll be drool-worthy.
No Clive Owen. :-(
What about Vin Diesel?
Kay! School Ties is the worst movie ever!

I never saw Gods and Monsters, and have heard that it was pretty good.

But I offer up Blast From The Past. What might have been a pretty good movie was awful because of those two stiffs. They had all the chemistry of my left and right shoe!

And Devilgrrl's right. Clive Owen rocks!
Cinque84: Um..I'm at a loss.

ikilledhiswife: I can't disagree with any of your choices. I've been addicted to House lately. Val Kilmer has been sexy in a lot of things (I liked him in Real Genius :-). Long hair is sexy!

devilgrrl: I messed up not having Clive Owen. Did you see Children of Men? He was very good. He'd make a great Bond. :-)

shmadoff: Vin Diesel is in the same category as Dwayne Johnson - not a typical choice for me. Vin was smokin' in the Chronicles of Riddick.
seamuss5: Don't hate on School Ties. Chris O'Donnell was in it also. You hate him too, don't you? lol

I loved Blast from the Past!!! I'm obviously not very discriminating. :-)

Once again I offer a mea culpa for not including Clive Owen. He should definitely have been on the list!
Not sure about Dwayne Johnson, although handsome, I am not attracted to him for some reason (I would substitute the actor that plays Sam on TV's "The Practice" -- hunky with a great bod and nice smile)...

I can hang with all the rest...I think I like Hugh Jackman just for the accent...
Oh, yeah, and Clive Owen if we can have one more...
lalucas: Yeah, I can't explain Dwayne. :-) Accents definitely add to the sexiness. I don't know who played Sam but a great smile is always sexy!
Love it. Look out for my upcoming copycat blog.
Oh, how can you not list Alex O'Loughlin of Moonlight? He makes the rest of 'em look like clowns.

http://alexoloughlinrocks.com
Sarahthe Red: Thanks! Bring it on! :-)

jcliff: Alex looks vaguely familiar but I don't really know who he is at all. I never even knew Moonlight was on. It looks like something I would like though.
joaquim pheonix pre-publicity breakdown...
I find Joaquin very interesting (well, sans the beard which is just hideous).
You really made me smile with this post--- thank you!

I was with you right up till Steve Martin. But if you want to go older yet, how 'bout Ed Harris? His role in The Abyss leaped to mind--- mature but well-muscled--- yow!
Ooh, and Michael Biehn! The Terminator. Aliens.
The people questioning Brendan Frasier CLEARLY have not seen George of the Jungle, in which he is next to nekkid the whole movie. A must see!
This never happens for me !!! I got here late but there is still room on your list. I'm in.
Thanks !!!
Sean Connery was the ONLY Bond...until Daniel Craig. I had an argument over how ugly these British and Australian guys are getting, but they have an inherent hotness that is unassailable!
Not bad. Not bad. Especially Jackman.
I would add (to my own list) Jack Black, for the funny, goofy vote; Patrick Stewart & Gerard Butler, for the accents (and other stuff); Dennis Haysbert & Avery Brooks, for the deep baritones....
I could go on and on...
autumnmoon: Thank you! Ed Harris is definitely a sexy older man. I really thought he looked good in Stepmom (with Susan Sarandon & Julia Roberts). Michael Biehn!!! I forgot about him. He is totally hot.

TheBuzz: I so agree with you! Yowza!

alsoknownas: lol
zumalicious: I agree about the Bonds (I just have a soft spot for Pierce Brosnan because of Remington Steele :-). Yeah, the hotness can't be denied. :-)

Lisa: Jack Black is definitely worthy. Patrick Stewart reminds me of my Dad too much - I'm not sure why Sean Connery doesn't. Gerard Butler is up there (he was magnificent in 300) but I need to see him in more stuff - I need to rent more of his movies obviously. Dennis Haysbert is hot - did you see him in Now & Again? I was so upset when that show got cancelled. Avery Brooks was great in Deep Space Nine. You have good taste, woman!
Great list, Kaysong! I agree wholeheartedly with Steve Martin, Jon Stewart, and Hugh Jackman. I used to adore Sean Connery, but I have a hard time getting past those comments he made about it being OK to hit your wife. Daniel Craig is the best Bond since Connery. But Brendan Fraser and Dwayne Johnson--I just don't see it. To each his own, though.

No one has mentioned the love of my life, 72-year-old-and-still-sexy Kris Kristofferson. Yes, I know he has made some really bad movies, but if you only know him from his movies, you don't know him at all. I first fell for him and his incredible songwriting back in the early 70s, and it's been true love ever since. A lot of people claim he can't sing, but I could listen to him all day.
You clearly have a thing for Bond men. ;)

I have to agree with Verbal Remedy about beards and long hair -- I like the natural manly man look.

I am much more likely to rob a cradle than date a guy my dad's age, so I can't concur on most of your picks. But I do agree with you about the Rock -- I normally do go for beefcake muscle-men (and I don't think most women do), but there's something cute and endearing about him. I think it's his smile and ease with making fun of himself.

Funny men = heaven. I have a mad crush on Steven Colbert even though the clean-cut/suit look usually turns me off completely.
UG! - I mean I DON"T go for beefcake!

Also, since your list is so skewed towards older men, I've gotta give the younger guys a shout out:

Ryan Reynolds
Justin Timberlake
James Franco
Eric Bana
Ewan McGregor
Jake Gyllenhaal

Yummy
Harriet: Thanks! Re: Connery - yeah, I hate his politics too - I just have to ignore that stuff and just watch him on the screen. Wow, I haven't thought about Kris Kristofferson in years. I used to adore him when I was kid. He's still got it going on? Good to hear. (Love your username - what a great book!)
kryptogal: Yeah, Bond is a favorite of mine (though not Roger Moore). I don't usually go for overdone muscles either but Dwayne is an exception! I love Colbert's show but I guess the clean-cut look totally squashes any feelings I might have (despite the suits, Jon Stewart doesn't look so put together as Colbert - I guess it's the hair).

Your list is funny because I'm thinking "every other one is great" - Ryan Reynolds was mentioned before and I should have included him. James Franco is soooo sexy - did you see Freaks & Geeks? He was awesome in that. Ewan McGregor is totally hot too.

I do really love older guys - I almost included Harrison Ford and I probably should have. He's another one who has it going on.
All hot...but where are the Latin dudes? There is something about the rolled r and the dark hair and eyes I can't resist.
What no C. Everette Koop?
I'll see you a Sam Elliot and raise you a Tom Skerritt. Oh, and let me throw in a Hugh Laurie while I'm at it.
Um I'm too told for most of these guys--except Sean! He's married anyway. I like the "thinking woman's crumpet" Gabriel Byrne or what about Craig Ferguson? He damn cute!
but, but, but... where's John Cusack?!?!?
Now I see why this is "most viewed."
Rated.
You got my list almost perfect, except for Brendan Fraser, who is more cute to me than sexy. You could replace him with Sean Bean? Silly maybe, since I'm married and will never meet any of these men anyway, but I was disappointed when Steve Martin got married. LOL
I agree with most of your choices...and Brendan Fraser is a particular favorite. Did you see him in Still Breathing? Oh, delish! And the boy is a terrific dancer too.
The Dude is not happy...
Delia: I can't roll my r's - I hate that I can't. Antonio Banderas is hot. He even has long hair sometimes.

jimgalt: haha

montanarose: Tom Skerrit in Picket Fences! Hugh Laurie has a consensus now. :-)

Poet of Logan Square: Gabriel Byrne is sexy but Persephone snagged him - he's definitely HERS - I'm not getting in between that! You have hit the jackpot with Craig Ferguson. Funny and a sexy accent - I can't believed I missed him.

Caroline: John Cusack was a horrible oversight. I missed a few and decided to let the list stand but he would definitely have been the next one on the list. He was even sexy in ConAir!

Brenda: Thanks!

Vonnie: Wow, Sean Bean is definitely hot. Re: Steve Martin - Me too!

Smeaux: He is a fantastic dancer. Thanks!

coogansbluf: The Dude has long hair and is comfortable nude - he's on the extended list.
I have to say you pick some really good ones here.. Great post.
Thanks, fireeyes!
You are brave to put up your own beholdings and to take the slings 'n arrows.

I like it when someone goes with their own opinions and feelings.
Good job!
Thanks, Zumalicious!

I've really enjoyed all the comments and even the criticism.
I am totally with you on the Scots accent, Hugh Jackman and Steve Martin. Really any man with a Scots accent is already granted a few hottie points. Have you seen Vince Cellini? He's one who has slipped under most radar because he's stuck on the golf channel...

There are some very good looking golfers, might give that a thought... Rocco Mediate, Padraig Harrington, good looking guys!
golfgrrl: I don't watch a lot of golf. Sounds like I should. ;-)
Phaedo: I like Def Leppard's music. I haven't ever looked at the guys in the band much. I'll check him out. :-)

Is Heavy Metal like rap with the misogyny?
I'm secondary traffic off the cover--great you landed there! I would make Kevin Costner #10. He's not that great looking, but BECAUSE he's not that great looking, he seems like the kind of guy you might actually have a chance with, and that makes him especially . . . stimulating.
Phaedo: Ahh, the musics good though, eh? :-)

Hells Bells: My mom love Kevin Costner. Other than the smile, I just don't see it.

New Blog: Does it matter?
If you like Daniel Craig you've got to rent The Mother. Acting and storyline are wonderful.
whew! I read all the comments and agree with you, except of course, that In Person, in real life, S.Martin and S.Connery would both be a drag to cope with. Connery is a hypochondriac, and I read a dreadful story about Martin by someone he sleazed-on in a studio commissary.

John Cusack melts me. I don't want to know what he is really like.

Oscar Wilde famous quote "be careful what you wish for" comes to mind ( hello Kate Holmes).
thanks Kay.
NewBlog: Well, if it's for the RNC.... lol

Monsieur: I have The Mother in my queue. Thanks for the suggestion!

Bwca: Thanks so much!! Yeah, I've heard a lot of negative things about Connery too. Nothing about Martin though -how sad. Cusack is wonderful (definitely should have been on the list) and I wouldn't listen to anything about him either. :-)
Kay you know I love ya hun, but what is up with this blog being on the top read list for a solid two weeks now? It was written in November?
I'm just confuzzled as hell at Open Salon.

I rated it way back when though. :-)
You do seem to have a Bond thing, but that means they must be doing something right. And Daniel Craig...mmm...definitely do-able in my book. Can I remove Jon Stewart and Brendan, then add Hugh Laurie, Clive Owen, Matt Damon (only for the Jason Bourne movies) and Jack Bauer, uh, Kiefer Sutherland? I think that makes a nice top 10 :)
Kind of Blue: If you look at most viewed for the last month (under popularity), you see that this post (who knows why!) has over 60, 000 views. When they switched to have Most Viewed on the cover, all of sudden this post popped up. I was gratified to see that in November it had a lot of views and is still getting views from outside sources. It's weird though, I know. Thanks for the rating!

nurseliz: I love those additions though I wouldn't want to drop anyone. I'm not a huge fan of Matt Damon but you are right, he is awesome in the Bourne movies!
Hey - we have the same taste!!! Don't forget about Hugh Laurie and Eric Bana. Did you see "Munich"? Wow - Eric, call me!
dvvdickens: Great minds think alike! Hugh Laurie is very sexy!! I guess I can let you have Eric Bana. :-)
You forgot Pablo Manriquez, or is he a post unto himself?
Sam Elliot could talk me into an orgasm...
Pablo: Definitely a post unto himself. lol

SJHahn: Yeah, he can have that affect. :-)
I think what you really meant here is "Sexiest Actors/Male Public Figures", not "Sexiest Men" in general. You've never met my husband, after all!
Amy: That is true! I would have included my husband but I thought that went without saying. :-)
Has no one mentioned Dennis Quaid? Sexy defined!
John Cusack has had some BAD plastic surgery lately. He was a doll back in the day, but in my book he's up there with Mickey Rourke as a dude who has not aged well, no thanks to some unkind visits from the scalpel.

I never got the Sean Connery thing. Just too old for my blood. Isn't he like 100 now?
Jamotusa: Dennis Quaid has a special something. His smile is great.

The Buzz: Oh, I think John Cusack still looks good - he's over 40 so the boyishness is getting frayed around the edges a little. We'll have to see what he looks like at 60 to judge. Mickey Rourke isn't even in the same category really, he wasn't attractive in this youth.
Ok I'll admit, I have a crush on Ricky Gervais.
trudi: Ricky is very funny. After seeing him in Ghost Town, I'd agree with you.
hey there girlie you forgot a biggie; Sam Shephard. Sexy and smart which makes him even sexier! Ixnay to Daniel Craig and to the crappy James Bond movie he made. Sean Connery is a keeper. Out, out, out to Hugh Jackman; nah. Steve Martin is a cutie, but not sexy in my book. I'll think more about it.
Gail: Sam Shephard is a great choice. Makes me think of Ed Harris or Gary Sinise for some reason - same category though the writing elevates Sam.
Has this post had a trillion hits or what????
Monsieur: It's gone viral, I guess. I don't know where. It's had over 1,000 views in the last 4 hours and over 79,000 in the last month. It's weird.
K-, just curious...do you know how it went viral? The number of hits is truly amazing. Congrats.
Kaysong: Is it too late to post a pix of Sam Shepard and elevate him to super sexy status? Or should we just keep him to ourselves!?!? Brains are sexy except in the case of Henry Kissenger; what did women ever see in him anyway? He was quite popular with the girls for a while. Ick. gail maria
HarleeGirl: I have not idea. I'm assuming someone shared it on reddit or facebook. It's a mystery to me. :-) Thanks!

Gail: I think we should keep him to ourselves. hehe
Kissinger was always gross. I know power is supposed to be sexy but he wasn't sexy at all.
In your list, I too would have to go for Steve Martin and Jon Stewart. Humor and brains! It's weird about Steve Martin--I don't think I'd ever had a conscious thought about him being sexy, then I had this ah, dream and well now I can't see him any other way. (over the years, I've had this dream many times since....) It's really fun to make these lists...there really isn't any explaining hotness is there?
Has no one mentioned Dennis Quaid? Sexy defined!
Jamotusa

I couldn't agree more ... he's my all-time favorite man, with Gerard Butler a close second. Yummy!!!
Renee: I've had those dreams about all of the guys. Nope, it's personal to each person. Interesting, I think. :-)

Ohsotender: I really liked him in Enemy Mine. Gerard Butler was the best thing about 300.
For a follow-up post, perhaps "The sexiest men dead" feat. Chester A. Arthur & Mark Twain?
Pablo: Good idea. Mark Twain is definitely a consideration. Chester A. Arthur? What do you know that I don't? Presidents/politicians don't really fit the mold. How about John Gielgud and Phil Hartman?
for this to be the most widely seen post in OS history, if I got it right, is sickening. At least, guys get it off yet they scorn us for it, and if we lose our fucking jobs in the recession, they find the guy who still has work.
Finally made my way over here. I'm impressed with your list but I've got to add George Clooney and not because he's the guy on everyone's list but because he radiates self-awareness. This may sound ridiculous but I met the guy and he is smart, sardonic and looks his age in person which is oddly appealing.
BenSen: Ouch. I think you've misplaced your anger. BTW, this is only the most read post in the last month - DrAmy has 2 or 3 posts with more viewers than this will ever have. I can't control what is most viewed. This was a light hearted post from November in response to an open call.

1WomansVu: I definitely agree. I missed him but thought I'd let the post stand instead of updating. I'm surprised you are the first one to mention him though. I love the silver in his hair and the laugh lines around eyes.
This was fun. Thanks for giving the women a treat.
I'm glad you liked it Faith. :-)
OHHHHH so many great picks, (minus Jon Stewart) but how can you forget Patrick Swayze in the Dirty Dancing days, and bedroom eyes would have to be definatley Naveen Andrews from Lost and my all time favorite hunky hunk ( I know you didn't list singers but the late great Layne Staley : )
raventally: I haven't seen Lost (I know, I'm living under a rock lol) so I don't know Naveen. I'm going to have to look him up. Patrick was very hot in Ghost too.
Oh I am all over Steve Martin! He's the sexy brain for sure... Love the Rock, but for the exact opposite reason! Sometimes a gal just wants to get down and naughty...
golfgrrl: I'm with you!
I'm really bummed. Fully expected to see my picture there. Thought I did but it was Sean Connery. Sure you don't want to add me?
Walter: Do you have an accent like Connery? :-)
Paul Newman, Robert Redford, Richard Burton, Peter O'Toole (all in the appropriate years, of course!).

Let's see, chrono:

The Hustler; Butch; Sting

The Way We Were; Butch; Sting

Becket; Hamlet; Woolf

Becket; Lion; Laurence
Yep. They're sexy.
Connie: You've hit on a great group! Peter O'Toole has always been a favorite that most people don't get. He was wonderful with Hepburn in Lion (not that she was a slouch either). He was great in My Favorite Year too.

sdporter: Thanks!
I *lurve* Hugh Laurie. I like Alan Rickman and Ciaran Hinds, too. Intelligent, acerbic Brits do it for me. Mmmmmm ...
Okay, I know this is cheeky, but I think my man is the sexiest of them all:

Viscountess: Intelligence and wit are a potent combination. :-)

Adfeminem: He's a cutie!
I think Zac Efron and Hugh Jackman are my favorites. Maybe a little Justin Timberlake, too!
Devin: Zac is a little too young for me - he is soo cute but I feel kind of weird about it. Thanks for stopping by!
Fun post!

100% with you on the first four. The rest meh and Steve Martin has always been annoying but that's just me.
oops didn't finish comment... Gotta add Gerard Butler.. 300 just set me off!! THAT was hot :) and after that is all good with me.
This was fun! Lots of good pics: Gerard Butler & Orlando Bloom (what a honey!) But I was surprised that only one other person came up with the Royal Flush of Hotties: Alex O'laughlin. Check out YouTube ("Moonlight/Alex O'laughlin") and see whatcha think... Oh, and Javier Bardam's pretty foxy, too :)
Miz Swank: Thank you! I agree on Gerard Butler.

catb: I thought Orland Bloom was at his best in LOTR. Swoon. I've got to watch Twilight!
Kaysong: I think you mean "Moonlight"! Boy, you've created quite the buzz, aye? Everyone's lovin' this!
catb: You are right, I meant Moonlight. Sorry. I haven't seen Twilight either though. lol

Yeah, I wish I knew from where though.
Sean Connery .....No contest!
CJ: I agree totally!
Daniel Craig is just yummy!
Oh, I've been lurking for almost a year but finally was moved to register by your post.

OK, in total agreement about Daniel Craig. For oldies, add Sam Shepard (I was within one foot of him in a restaurant in New York, last month. Swoon!). Yes, too, on Jon Stewart.

For young-ies, Channing Tatum. Channing Tatum. Channing Tatum. (Just saw "Fighting"!)

I also think Joseph Gordon-Levitt is very cute.
whenpigsflynow: Thanks for commenting! :-)

ginseng: Glad to have you!! I don't know Channing Tatum - I'm going to have to look him up. JGL is definitely a cutie!
Kaysong:

Do you know what accounts for the continued popularity of this post? You have almost 3x as many hits as the runner-up in most viewed of the month and almost 5x the hits of the third place finisher. The post is not on Digg and when I Google "My Sexiest Men Living" it does not show a link from a major website. Just wondering if you know the secret to your success.

Rated.
Travis: Thanks for rating! I have no idea what's going on. I tried Googling too but can't see this anywhere but Salon. It's weird.
Kaysong:

I have a post like this as well, only not to the extent of this one. I posted it in March and it has 900 views in the last month, which is really strange because it basically disappeared without a trace when I initially posted it. I have no idea what accounts for these strange shelf lives.

I do have a theory about yours though: I think the women, gays and bi-curious of OS all need a little Daniel Craig pick-me-up in the morning and click on your post to get it. :)
Travis: That may be it. There is a reason I picked that photo over a more conventional one for him. :-)
Daniel Craig my fav thanks.
Jay: Thanks for stopping by! Glad you liked it. :-)
Okay, I'm not too much into the guys, but you picked all the ones I like.

But really, I just clicked on this post because I'm wondering why it seems to NEVER LEAVE the most viewed list. WTF???
Dana: Thanks for stopping by! I have no idea where this is being accessed from but it seems to get a lot of views each day. It's incomprehensible to me. I'm at a loss.
Yummy topic that never stales. I'd substitute for the last two George Clooney and Mark Harmon. I love Matin's humor but his depressions are downers ...
Jon Stewart and Steve Martin do it for me. I like 'em really smart, adorable and super funny. I like Eddie Izzard too, but only in drag.
Hawley: George is definitely a good addition. I always forget about Harmon - I love the silver in his hair now. It's so unfair but I think he's better looking now than he was 20 yrs ago.

Percy: Glad you agree. :-)
Kaysong, I figured out what it is. It's one (or more) of the photos you hotlinked to. People all over the world are doing google searches for images of these men. You linked to one that comes up on the image search, and a gazillion people are clicking on it to see the image and they are coming up with your post.

I conclude this because of the statistics on a blog I have on Type Pad. One particular post of mine has gotten thousands of hits from a particular google search that is unrelated to my blog, but just happens to call up an image in my post.

I'll bet that's it.

And now we all know how to get 10,000 hits on our posts!
The hits on this post might come from a combination of first time viewers and those who keep coming back to take another glance at the photos and see who else everyone is crushing on... yum. Eye candy. The objectification of men has never been so easy. Thank you internet :)
OK, I'm jumping on this bandwagon too, lol. First I want to say that I really like your OS handle, Kaysong. It looks and sounds pretty. As for your sexy guys, I like them all too, & I've listed the movies they were in that I like the best (mostly cuz they're sexy, some because they're sexy & clever).
Daniel Craig: An excellent Bond. Loved him in "Quantum of Solace" & "Flashbacks of a Fool" (altho he should have been onscreen more than he was, in the latter movie). Nice shower scene in "Tomb Raider" too! ; D
Pierce Brosnan: THE James Bond, no question about it. The most athletic Bond ever (altho Craig will give him a run for his money). And if you think his Bond was sexy, watch him in the "Thomas Crown Affair" remake! OMG... Steve who? lol
Sean Connery: Never believable as Bond cuz he was too damn good looking. A secret agent who stands out in a room won't last long in the spy world. (Also never liked his wearing lipstick as Bond.) Check out "The Wind and the Lion" sometime, where he plays a Moroccan sheikh whose sexy manliness made me (& Candice Bergen) totally swoon.
Hugh Jackman: Wow, totally beautiful man inside and out! Smart, gracious, generous & likable on every talk show he visits. Plus he can sing, dance & host the Oscars like nobody else ever has! I love everything this man does. In "Kate and Leopold", he was not only gorgeous, he also might be the last man who ever made Meg Ryan look interesting. (Yes, that was a swipe at Meg Ryan.)
Jon Stewart: Agreed, he is smart, sexy and adorable! The main reason I watch the Daily Show, now that they aren't busting on Bush much anymore. He also had an interesting appearance as a science teacher in the horror movie "The Faculty".
Dwayne Johnson: Oh, this guy is so sweet he makes sugar taste bitter! His recent SNL hosting gig shows that he has an excellent sense of humor & doesn't take himself too seriously-- a must for sexiness in my opinion. Gorgeous smile, and check out the "Walking Tall" remake & especially "The Scorpion King" if you want to drool over his bod... both are in my DVD library. ; )
Steve Martin: I love him as the ordinary guy dealing with frustrating situations ("Planes, Trains & Automobiles"), or as a father & husband dealing with the ups & downs of family life ("Parenthood"). He is grace, & humanity, under pressure-- that is very attractive. Hosted SNL more than anyone else, looks very sexy with silver hair, & how many other cute guys do you know of who can play the banjo so well?
Brendan Fraser: Smart, funny and down-to-earth, he can do drama, comedy & action movies with ease (not a simple thing for many actors). Absolutely riveting in "Gods and Monsters", but I like him best in "Bedazzled"-- he and Elizabeth Hurley have a great chemistry, plus he brings a very human touch to a role that he could have walked through just for laughs.
p.s. About his name... come on, OS people!!! It's Brendan F-R-A-S-E-R. Not Frasier. It's not like his name is Brendan Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, fergodsake!! Get it right, please!
Further notes: The ONLY older guy actor who can rock the "long grey hair" look is Sam Elliott. All the other older guys who try it just look seedy. And old.
Clive Owen does deserve an honorable mention. What a drop dead handsome man... too bad he didn't want to play Bond, he would have been perfect. (Okay, maybe a little too handsome & seductive.) Check out the scene in "Gosford Park" near the end, where Kelly Macdonald figures out something about him. Sigh... lucky girl...
Another honorable mention: Gerard Butler. Mmmm. Gorgeous rock-n-roll voice in "Phantom of the Opera", too bad he had to wear that damn mask most of the time & we hardly ever got to see how cute he was! But he made up for it in "300"... didn't care for the beard, but OMG, the body... big sigh...
Thanks again for this thought-provoking list, Kaysong! You brought a big smile to my day! : D
BTW, not to be nit-picky, but you left out Johnny Depp! : O
Keeanueu Reeves is sexy too and Jeremy Brett as Sherlock Holmes ;) and Johnny Depp as someone mentions in the comment thread. fun post Kaysong and lovely picture in the avatar - where is that place?
Kaysong:

Your post is so famous it is now part of Daniel Craig's Wikipedia entry:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Craig

The reference is right above the table of contents.
Funny guys only appear to qualify as "sexy" after a woman hits, say, 30 or so. During High School, "funny guys" are shunted into the "goofus I would never date in a b'zillion years" category, and spend dances and parties entertaining people, but not getting any dances or dates.

Not that I'm bitter.
Travis...or is it famous because it's in Daniel Craig's Wiki page?
Sorry, I've been at a conference since 5/10.

Dana: Thanks for finding that out, Dana!! It's nice to have the mystery solved. It was just luck the photo I picked.

Miz Swank: :-) Thanks for stopping by.

ZaZaCat: Thank you! I've been using this handle for over 10 yrs - it's how I met my husband. :-)

I agree with all your comments on my guys. I've seen most of the movies you mention but you've given me a few to get on DVD. Sam Elliott does rock the long grey hair! Clive Owen is handsome and seductive in all he does. Gosford Park was better for having him in it. Have you seen Children of Men? Gerard Butler in 300 was drop dead gorgeous.

Johnny Depp should definitely be on the list!

Rolling: Yes on Keanu Reeves. He was great in the Matrix movies. I'll have to check out Jeremy Brett. The avatar is Lake Louise in Canada (near Banff).

Travis: OMG!!! I didn't realize I spoke for all of OS though. lol

Douglas: You are right. A lot of girls don't appreciate the funny guys until they are more mature. I can tell you that girls who were geeks liked funny guys in HS but funny guys were still hankering after the cheerleaders.

Juliet: I just think it's funny and it seems clear tht it's because of the photo I linked to.

livemonster: I'll agree Jeff Bridges. :-)
Take it from me: the funny guys were *not* all hankering for cheerleaders. If there's one positive thing that can be said for the teenage male libido, it's that it--how shall I put this?--targets itself frequently and not always with any discrimination.
Douglas: lol Well, it's too bad you didn't go to my HS. We had quite group of geeky girls who liked funny/smart guys.
Kaysong! I think I may have found the source of your viral sexy men. A Latin American website is using your Hugh Jackman photo in an online poll.Check this out!
Juliet: So it's confirmed - it's the pictures! Thanks for letting me know!

livemonster: Rene Russo is wonderful. She's a real woman. I agree about Brad Pitt. I'm surprised as you that no one has mentioned him but it's probably because he gets enough mention from the press. :-) I even thought he was interesting in Twelve Monkeys even though he was trying to be repulsive.
livemonster: I haven't seen Troy yet. Obviously, I need to. :-)
How about Susan Sarandon?
livemonster: Heidi Klum - yes. Kevin Costner - no. I should like him, he has all the qualities I usually go for but for some reason I don't. Weird. My mom loves him - maybe that's it. lol

Sexiest scene: Everyone makes fun of this one but the pottery scene in Ghost is one I like. I need to think on this more.
Actually, nothing in cinema has carbonated my hormones, before or since, like the love scene in "An Officer and a Gentleman." And I personally find Richard Gere to be, well, kinda goofy looking. But one nice thing about it is that Debra Winger looks like a *real woman*. No puffed lips, enhanced boobs, or nuthin'; the kind of girl you might actually meet in your personal life.

(And in my view, she maintained this hotness later; watch her in "Shadowlands," for example.)
Douglas: I agree totally. That sceen was fantastic but then I agree with you that Debra Winger is wonderful. She's still looking good!
I heartily agree about the fact that an accent is a plus: I have a few favorites to add to the list:
Alexander Skarsgard
Ewan MacGregor
Clive Owen
Gerard Butler
marissaNY: I haven't seen Alexander (don't have HBO) but his IMDB pictures look good. Everyone else is a definite yes. Clive Owen especially.
Everybody but Steve Martin.

He seems affected in ways the others don't.
This is about the 3rd time I've checked this post and each time with the same response--damn, I didn't make it again.
I couldn't resist commenting to see if New Blog remains threatening...wow...all your picks are "sponge-worthy!" Brendan Fraser, oh my...I'd like to bake him cookies and give him a spanking, ha! And I've always thought Steve Martin was sexy..but my Andy gets two thumbs up for having the sexiest man chest in the world, just the right amount of hair and at age 45 no sign of man boobs whatsoever...mmmm...okay, I'm done.
John: Maybe he's a little too aware of how smart he is?

Walter: Need a sexy picture of yourself to post. lol

Kimmy: Definitely "sponge-worthy"! I think that's my favorite episode. :-)
I won't take up room with pictures, but my celebrity boyfriends (MY sexiest men who are still with us on this Earth):

Mike Rowe
Oliver "Olly" Steeds
Matthew Macfadyen
Steve Carrell
Christopher Meloni
Jonathan Hamm

Hugh Jackman definitely gets reserve best in show!

I used to think Paul Newman was the most handsome and beautiful man in the world until I watched a segment on 60 minutes about two brothers in Spain who are matadors. Cayetano Rivera Ordonez. Google-images him. I promise you won't be disappointed.
Elizabeth: Mike Rowe is soo hot. I love Dirty Jobs! Paul Newman was always a favorite of mine. Ordonez needs to be more widely known - he definitely has the suave, dark, good-looking, hot vibe going for him. :-)
What about Denzel Washington? Omar Shariff? Chow Yun-Fat? Terrence Howard? Michael Ealy? Oded Fehr?

Add some more spice to your mix.......yummy comes in all flavors!
Gregoire LePrince-Ringuet

Hey it's not MY fault if you haven't heard of him.
Kaysong, I have read all the theories about why this stays in our most read list, and I'm sure it's all of the above, but I also love how you answer everyone who comments! And I love your list. Mine includes Gabriel Byrne, Taye Diggs, Stephen Colbert, and that old standby who stays sexy to every woman in his own way, George Clooney.
Wouldn't kick any of them out of my kitchen should they want to cook....
Evie: Gary Dourdan, Antonio Banderas (He is one I missed for my list - one of my all time favorites), Sydney Poitier and Russell Wong (the Vanishing Son action pack movies were fantastic) are my contributions to your list.

David: He's only been in French movies! No wonder I've never heard of him. He's a little young too. :-)
Joan: Thank you! Taye Diggs is awesome. He and George Clooney should have been on the list. I'm not sure why I missed who I find consistently sexy, smart and interesting. If I was making the list today, he would be on it.

Mesmersi: Cooking for me is sexy. Doing the dishes even sexier. :-)
Ummm, this is only my second time to post on Open Salon, and both of them are for this thread -- ha ha ha!

Just saw "Star Trek" so am now a practitioner of Quinto love, Quinto being the actor who plays Young Spock . . .
Ginseng: Welcome back!

I saw Star Trek on Monday. I really liked Karl Urban and Chris Pine wasn't bad. Quinto was cute. Something about those ears. :-)
after having finally seen him in a Bond film- Daniel Craig now on my list, too- wow eyes, I'm usually partial to brown eyes, but oh lord that man has some pretty looking eyes
Love your list but must add Anthony Kiedis.
hyblaean-Julie: Didn't know what you were missing, eh? :-) His eyes are his sexiest feature to me.

ZoeZu: Anthony definitely has something unique. Love the hair!
I agree with Hugh Jackson. I'd also add Christian Bale to that list.
Gwendolyn: So, you had to have seen The Prestige then. They were both excellent in that movie. I love the suits during that time period. Very buttoned up which is a great contrast to the scenes when they are more casual.

I'm looking forward to Bale in the Terminator movie.
Kaysong:

Did you see the story about the Daniel Craig Popsicle? Here's a link:

http://open.salon.com/blog/mary_elizabeth_williams/2009/06/01/can_i_get_this_popsicle_in_a_paul_rudd
Travis: I did! Very cool. lol I'm going to have to find those somewhere.
Ditto on Sean, and on older men, and on having a husband who is three years younger.
Terrence Howard is attractive, but since the domestic violence incident, I have taken him off my list. Ditto for Sean Connery. Any guy who says that it is okay to haul off and backhand a woman if she is getting out of line is definitely and permanently off the attractive list.

Now for the tall dark and handsome category, Benicio Del Toro and Javier Bardem are definitely hot! I hope they are gentlemen and angels in their personal lives!
Kairol: Isn't it funny? I alway thought I would marry an older guy. Never dated anyone younger until my husband.

jcliff: Javier Bardem is super sexy. One I missed.

I don't know any of these guys. That's part of the allure, I think.
After seeing Terminator Salvation recently I'm pretty sure that The Sexiest Man Alive is Sam Worthington.
Kim: I'm anxious to see that movie. He has looked good in the trailers. I'm sure he's much better in the movie!
Smart, sexy, body...where's Viggo??
Denise: Viggo is awesome. There were a lot of good looking guys in LOTR but I think he was the best looking.
Daniel Craig.....mmmmmm, YUMMY!!!

Sam Elliot should be on there too. Sexiest cowboy alive hands down, regardless of age.

Robert Redford, Mike Rowe, Johnny Depp.... so many out there.

Thanks for the diversion, Kaysong!
hesgotshananigans: I'm glad you liked it! Your list has some great picks as well. I always forget about Depp but he is consistently great.
Far be it for me t0 blogwhore, but I did something similar a little while ago: http://open.salon.com/blog/nerdyjen/2009/06/07/my_sexiest_men_dead
Nerdyjen: Thanks for stopping by! I like your post. Good picks!
Why am I not surprised the list is quite lacking of anyone truly intelligent?
If you don't think Jon Stewart and Steve Martin are intelligent, your standards are too high. Einstein is dead.
My Sexeist Men Livnig is the graetest post ever!!!!!!!!!!!
Freakier trol: Thanks for stopping by!
Don't forget Peewee Herman.
Black Bart: Cute!
I would have to also include Channing Tatum, Ryan Reynolds, Ben Cohen, David Boreanaz, Ben Roethlisberger, and Joe Mauer.
Hey, you obviously haven't seen me. My mum says I look like James Bond. Mind you, her glasses do need replacing! And she didn't say which James Bond. Still I have selective hearing like a lot of men. It must be Pierce B, eh?
HI dear nice choice same choice is mine i love it http://www.internetad.biz
Christopher di Spirito: Nice list! Ryan Reynolds is growing on me.

HonoraryGeek: Must be! :-)

Saqi: Thank you so much!
Tom Everett Scott. Look him up (and down).

Also, I can't believe Jon Hamm hasn't been mentioned.
Chronica: Both good choices! Thanks for stopping by.
I know your blog lists only western men, but I think Hrithik Roshan and John Abraham (from the Indian movie industry) would qualify for this list. You can google them!
chanakya2: Both have the dark/handsome/sexy look down! I think I'm partial to John over Hrithik though. Good choices!
Love your list. Classic yet eclectic. Thank goodness someone mentioned Jeff Bridges and Gabriel Byrne. (And dontcha know that lucky Ellen Barkin was under each of them in a movie and real life).
I was beginning to panic when scrolling thru the comments to see no mention of JOHNNY DEPP in the list...finally, someone spoke up. He's the picture in the dictionary under "beautiful man".

Gerard Butler comes close, but too much of manho now. He was sexiest in a small movie, before he became famous, called "Dear Frankie". Go and rent it, it is wonderful.

Remember Armand Assante? He was pretty sexy.
wow love the first two but the rest I'm not sure..maybe they would get a kiss from me at the end of the evening but the first two straight to bed lol

vx
GenieTea: Thank you! They are both great additions to the list. Ellen Barkin is lucky in so many ways. :-)

bnc: Johnny Depp is beautiful and his face is so expressive. I'll look up "Dear Frankie" - I love smaller films. Armand Assante is definitely sexy.

Vicky: The first two would be very hard to resist! :-)
My wife is in love with Gerard Butler. She actually sat through the 300 just to see him.
ThinkingMan: I felt that way about 300 too. The Ugly Truth looks like a movie I will hate but, again, I'll probably watch just because he's in it. I've seen a lot of bad movies because of Pierce Brosnan too.
All good. Brendan Frasier questionable.
cyanemi: Thanks! I have a soft spot for Brendan. I saw School Ties at a particular time in my life when it had great meaning for me.
Just proves that great minds think a like...wowsa! Home run and score! Swoosh all net and the winner is...
Sooo glad they never closed this post to comments. Let's see how long we can keep this going :-)

K, I've been away from this post for several MONTHS, but earlier I blogged about Channing Tatum.

Now I've read other comments, and I have to add Sam Worthington b/c I just saw him this summer in "Terminator: Salvation." He totally OWNED the movie.

This is fun! (Oh, also want to let people know that I think Michael Biehn has been added to the cast of "NCIS" -- at least, I saw him on a recent episode. He's older, but still looks hot)
Janan: Thank you so much!! I'm glad you liked it. :-)

ginseng: Welcome back. You were right about Channing Tatum! I've seen the clips of Salvation and I agree Sam looks hot. I'm waiting for the DVD to see the movie though.

Michael Biehn (who has been a favortie of mine since Terminator) was on Criminal Minds this season. I hope he's back next season.

NCIS is going to have a spin off (NCIS Los Angeles) this fall with LL Cool J and Chris O'Donnell. I've never watched NCIS much but I might have to watch the spin off because LL Cool J and Chris are probably fantastic. I grew up watching Chris so it's like having an old friend back in your life.
I beg to differ....
Agree with them all, with the exception of Sean Connery - he strikes me as a mysogynistic ass. The one I'd add is John Cusack - funny, smart, gorgeous.
Kali Ma: Thanks for stopping by. To each his own.

BSherman: John Cusack is definitely a miss on my part. I should have had him on the list! I've heard the chauvinist pig stuff about Sean Connery. I probably wouldn't like him if I met him in person.
I would have to include Gael García Bernal on my list. Oh, and Alex Turner, lead singer of Arctic Monkeys. I feel a little dirty about the last one since I'm old enough to be his mother, but he's bizarrely adorably sexy, to me.
ksgirl: Nice choices. I've never heard of the Arctic Monkeys. I'm going to have to check them out.
Uh, "taste" is such a personal issue, we know this. What gives some people the hots makes someone else run a mile at marathon speed in the opposite direction. Steve Martin, ain't a bad looking guy, but for me he hasn't been funny since he did his "Egyptian-Rap Dance" on SNL about 30 years ago. As for a sleep-over, he'd have to bring his own sleeping bag. Now John Hamm...he's in another universe made up of heavenly delight and I'd like to spend eternity with him in it. Jon Stewart is invited on alternate days.
dailyplanet: So true. I wouldn't throw John Hamm back. Did you see him on SNL? He was pretty funny and definitely sexy.
I interviewed Hugh Jackman back around 2000 when he was filming "Swordfish." He was a doll: sweet, humble and very accommodating to writers from lowly Internet outlets. And he's even better looking in person!
Cheryl: I'm so envious! It's nice to know he's as great in person as I thought. :-)
Antonio Banderas, Clive Owens, Daniel Day-Lewis (Last of the Mohicans?), Keanu Reeves...to name a few candidates.
pclaytonnj: All good additions. Especially Clive Owen. Did you see him in "Children of Men"? Fantastic. I'm sentimental towards Keanu Reeves because I grew up with him. Antonio Banderas has the sexiest voice - to go with his sexy looks.
What about Johnny Depp?
madcelt: I can't believe no one mentioned Depp before. He's definitely sexy. I think I liked him best in Benny & Joon. One of his early ones but the one I remember liking him in.
You women. Always objectifying us men.

*sigh*

Good thing we're perfectly okay with it.
boffin21: hehe Thanks for stopping by.
What happend to the ones that were dead lol
historicalhome312: lol they live on in memories, I'm sure.
Well, once again, you like People Magazine missed me...
coogansbluf: hehe clerical error...really...
I must agree Daniel Craig and Hugh Jackmon are nice looking men.....
SassyGirl: Glad you agree. :-) Thanks for stopping by.
How can an accent make someone sexy? It is only sexy in this country, but not the country of origin!
http://www.computer-consulting-newyork.com
Hmmm, I guess that is true but women are weird. Obviously, it works for me since I married a Dutchman. :-)
lol I wouldn't ask me.
all them have a good haircut, isn`t..?
sean connery never seems to age..
He looked 40 for years. The perfect age!
