It has been a long time since I've heard from Leepin' Larry.

Not only is he the funniest person on Open Salon, he is one of the smartest. He has given me advice on everything from keeping deer out of my garden, (hair and urine) to coping with an empty nest ( something about hair and urine.)

Has anyone heard from him?

John, the empty nest I could be wrong about. The deer apparently are repelled by human hair and human urine. Now *that* was funny!

Okay,Joan....here we go with our synchronicity....I was just thinking about Larry this morning and wondering the same thing....
I hope he's alright. It is hard to believe it is possible to have a life outside of OS. He must be one of the lucky...or should I say, "normal" ones...:)

Larry was active on July 16... I guess, on Open Salon time, that was ages ago. Perhaps it is nearing 'milk-carton' time.

Catherine, I had no idea he was around on July 16th. Although that is eons in OS time, I suppose in real time it is not so long.

You know, you bring up an interesting point. There are a couple of older posters here -- I mean deep into their eighties -- and I'm afraid I might just never know, one day, you know?

I see that Larry's last comment was on July 16. That's two weeks. Crossing my fingers that it's a vacation.

he's been kidnapped by a band of marauding deer. He tried to repel them but quickly ran out of hair. i hope the ransom demand arrives soon. i miss him.
