I met a nice girl over the weekend while attending one of C. Everette Koop's raves, which probably surprises some people, since his events have generally centered around grindcore or screamo acts. I just think this event reflected the popularity of techno pop acts like Kanye West or Taio Cruz. And I don't think he's pandering to the shawtys, he's just trying to represent. Especially after being unfairly characterized as a Quaker Oats wanna be.
