The good Birthday Fairy has been very busy making sure that her friends were not forgotten on their special day, but cheered on and celebrated by us all, whose lives they enrich with their contributions here on Open Salon where artists, thinkers, and writers from many parts of the world meet.
Recently, in addition to her many other talents, Miguela generously shares here, she also demonstrated her ingenius frugality about fashion on a small budget. To honour our dear friend on her special day, I thought including the photo of a Golden Book dress would be just the right gesture. This will combine her love of books (as a retired colleague) as well as her flair for couture. Links, along the way, will add to the merriment with song and music.
