Fit As a 4 Year Old

- As I sit here, trying to figure out who I am, I have a four year-old clinging to my back, yelling "Mommy! Mommy! I'm defending your butt!" Well then, I surrender. I have challenged myself to get as fit as my son by living like my son. I will be in bed by 8, will eat my veggies, and most importantly, I will play! My butt will soon be strong enough to defend itself!
