Bio
Boilerplate bio I generally cut and paste into boxes like this: Dave Huth is a teacher, storyteller, picture maker, and whistler of jaunty tunes. He is a professor of visual communication and media arts in western New York state. Dave’s obsessed with artistic narrative and community conversation as good ways to explore art, politics, religion, culture, and just about any good idea you can think of.

Wow. I don't know how you did this, but it was mesmerizing and moving. You have pushed our little envelope here. Keep 'em coming!
Wow guys! Thanks for the fast comments! I worked on this one for several days and had a lot of fun doing it. It's just your basic run-of-the-mill stop-motion, taking one picture at a time. Plus I love the music and was thrilled to get a chance to make a video with this soundtrack.
Dave, what is the music? I felt like I learned to play it on the piano as a child, which is I'm sure a projection, but I still have to know. I've sent this to a lot of people tonight, I love it, thank you.
Really nice work. Post more!
that was just wonderful. I still believe, too. thanks.
That's a really creative end result. I would have guessed it took three weeks to do, if you hadn't mentioned the time involved.
Wow! Thanks everyone, i'm a little overwhelmed by the compliments! I really appreciate the ratings and pick. the music is by a great musician friend named David Stith, a new artist on the Asthmatic Kitty record label. His album will be out in February but there is some demo music on the link in the post. He wrote the piece for my video and I think it's tops!
I usually believe in us.

Very good. Thanks for the vlog.
I cannot get it to play -- any ideas? I do have AOL...
That was so lovely. I had little chills running down my arms as I watched it. The delicate but urgent sound of the music complimented the images perfectly.
