Health Care Alert!

Rate: 8 Flag

The Obama Administration today announced that all households in America must purchase either cable or satellite television service in order to receive educational broadcasts necessary to hold down ever rising health costs. There will be a tax penalty if such services are not purchased even if the household does not own a television. (Isn’t precedent wonderful?)

How much did Obama's folks receive for selling so many policies?
The ruling will be rued since it basically says any mandate coupled with a fine can be considered a tax. All the Obama morons are naively cheering this broad new power given to corporations because they assume Republicans will only do good things with it!
Heehee - all because we didn't want that "socialist" single payer system or than public option.

C, I do believe purchasing Prell Shampoo should be mandated since beautiful hair makes us all feel better and feeling better cuts down on health care costs!
T,
The Obama Administration announced today that purchase of Initial Verses
http://www.amazon.com/Initial-Verses-Collection-Poems-Poverty/dp/1475082681/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1340463180&sr=1-1&keywords=initial+verses+frank+scarangello
is now mandated because reading it will make you feel better and cut down on health care costs.
You are a sore loser. Can you not be happy for the people whose lives are being saved every day? Or is that out of your sphere of consciousness?

Unless of course you are a multi-billionaire in disguise and are privately funding the poor and their health care, if so, I retract my statement.
K, how much money did health insurance companies make today? Do you have any idea? All that was accomplished was minor insurance reform while filling the coffers of the 1% with ungodly amounts of cash. How many insurance policies were forced upon the American people? How much money is involved? Do you have any idea? What will be the next tax/mandate? How many of the 25 million left uninsured will die in the next year?
I wish I lived in Fantasyland.
Besides all its obvious flaws - leaving tens of thousands of people uninsured while strengthening the hands of private insurance companies - Obamacare is fiscally unworkable. This bureaucratic nightmare will have major cost overruns. And as always, they will balance the budget on the back of doctors by cutting their reimbursement. I consider myself lucky that I left the US health care system when I did (2002).
