Seems like BHO is addressing U.S. manufacturers in a positive way, Wall Street in a responsible and ethical way, lenders in a threatening way, his elected peers in a challenging way, electors in a common sense way,  ideologues with "the government should only do for people what they cannot do for themselves, and no more" way,  militant anti-terrorUSt$ in a lethal way,   Mid-East  USraeli problems in a militaristic way, Hawaii --"The Pacific"-  in a militaristic way, America "the one indispensable nation in the world"   __ others are dispensable ?  England, Israel, Taiwan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar ?  .
