Mother Teresa
In the poverty
Let us love one another
John the Baptist
I say,
God is loving the world through you and me.
Every time you encourage someone
Bless all of you for the love you give!
And I for one am glad you are here.
Peace be with you!
2 John 1: 5. But now, dear lady, I ask you, not as though I were writing you a new commandment, but one we have had from the beginning, let us love one another
2Mark 1: 4.John the baptizer appeared in the wilderness, proclaiming a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.5.And people from the whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem were going out to him, and were baptized by him in the river Jordan, confessing their sins.6.Now John was clothed with camel's hair, with a leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey.7.He proclaimed, "The one who is more powerful than I is coming after me; I am not worthy to stoop down and untie the thong of his sandals.8.I have baptized you with water; but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit."
John 14: 26.But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything, and remind you of all that I have said to you.27.Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.28.You heard me say to you, "I am going away, and I am coming to you.' If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than I.

Be Blessed!
Your painting here breathes Spirit-I caught my breath!! Reminds me of the drawings of Mother Meera in Germany!
for agape love
the Love of God working through you.
The world needs it so badly"
Amen to that!

Julie - God Bless You too!
Mother Meera also brings that direct presence of God, or whatever we'd like to call it, to people who see her. Amma's style is all lively celebration--she gives big hugs with her blessings, and people dance and sing--and Mother Meera walks in and sits in absolute silence. Even as I make this focus primary in my life, when she walked into a church in Concord to give blessings, I still caught my breath and had the immediate thought, "This is a Holy person." Exactly what the word means.
Blessed, indeed.
