Showdown with Evil

Rate: 0 Flag

Pearl Harbor Day seems a good day to recommend this collection of interviews by my pal Jamie Glazov, the editor of FrontPage Magazine.    It’s called Showdown with Evil:  Our Struggle Against Tyranny and Terror, and it really does feature an amazing array of folks:  David Horowitz, Ann Coulter, Norman Podhoretz, William F. Buckley, Jr.,Christopher Hitchens, Theodore Dalrymple and even – good heavens! – me.

Since I am in it, I can testify to the fact that Jamie does a fascinating interview, asking really probing and off-center questions that make you review your first principles.  The result is a collection of insightful and original conversations with some of the most important thinkers and newsmakers in America.  And me.

This is a book you’ll want in your collection.
