A father of the bride sheds some tears of joy as his daughter
Gets married. Then the groom tells a joke to the crowd
Where finding the laughter soon follows.
Life has a way with emotions such as these.
Both leave us smiling and content. I watched a cat give birth to her
Kittens as she licked and fed them. It made me cry at the love
From mother to children. Nature is similar among animals and humans.
And so the sun shines and the moon glows,
Leaving us with a sense of purpose.
This is my perspective as I used to be a
caterpillar, now a butterfly witnessing from above the reasons why
We are here. To laugh and to cry which brings about a smile
That maybe wasn't there before.
